However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. That's why we offer our amazing 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Return Window
You have the right to return your boombag within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order. This gives you the opportunity to inspect and decide if the product meets your expectations.

Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
  Any tags or seals must still be intact.
• The item should be returned with the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
• We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts that were included in the original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. The cost of returning the item will be at our expense.
